Teachers First
  • Teachers first has a weekly newsletter filled with great ideas to add technology to the classroom. Every week they send me more great ideas. Their Ok2ask has supports and training for teachers.

Wikispaces
  • Wikispaces is a super place for kids to collaborate and learn. I've used wikis to plan our computer lab time; to build a WebQuest; to collaborate with graduate students; as well as set up a portfolio. Wikispaces has free spaces for education.

SMARTboard
  • This is a super place to locate great lessons utilizing technology in the classroom OR get ideas for designing lessons.

Discovery Education
  • Streaming videos are available to add to lessons.

Glogster
  • This is one of my newest sites. I'll be joining an on-line conference on April 29th to learn how to use Glogster in the classroom. The Certificate page is an example of a Glogster.

Wordle
  • Wordle is a fun site for kids and adults to use vocabulary. The Home page snipet is an example of Wordle-art.

My First Grade Class Page
  • A Website I designed (UMUC EDTC600) to begin my first grade year - I didn't use it because I was moved to fourth grade.
